Safety disclaimer

This disclaimer is written in English and Spanish, and both versions say the same thing. If you ever find a difference between them, email safetyteam@29safety.com and we will correct the version that is wrong. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the English version controls.

In short

29Safety provides tools and templates to help employers build safety programs. It does not replace a competent person, a qualified safety professional, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with OSHA or any state plan. Employers remain responsible for workplace safety and for reviewing all documents before use.

In full

General information, not professional advice. The templates, hazard libraries, toolbox talks, text Harli writes, and other content in 29Safety are general information about workplace safety and regulations. They are not legal advice, engineering advice, or a site-specific safety assessment.

Your site, your responsibility. Every jobsite is different. Only a competent person who can see your actual conditions can decide what protection is needed. Employers must review, adapt, and approve every document before using it, and are responsible for training, supervision, and compliance.

Check before you rely on it. Every template is built by 29Safety and cites the rule it comes from. We work to keep every template accurate and up to date, but no template fits every workplace. Before you rely on a document, have a safety professional of your own check it, or request a review with the 29Safety safety team.

Regulations change. We monitor federal rule changes and update our templates, but there may be a delay, and state and local rules vary. Always check the current regulation cited.

Harli can be wrong. Harli is a synthetic intelligence (SI) built on a large language model. She is software, not a person, and her answers are not reviewed by a person before you see them. She is designed to answer from official sources, cite them, and refer compliance judgments to the 29Safety safety team, but she can make mistakes. Verify before you rely on her.

No guarantee of outcomes. Using 29Safety does not guarantee you will avoid injuries, citations, penalties, or failed prequalifications.
