Questions

Do I need a 29Safety account?

No. Your confirmation email has a link that turns on your 30 days of 29Safety (a 30-day free trial, or $199 in account credit if your trial is over or you already use 29Safety), or the year with the Full safety program, once you start your account or sign in.

How do the 30 days of 29Safety work?

If your free trial is running when you turn them on, it becomes 30 days counted from the day it started. Like the 14-day trial, unless you cancel before it ends, you are charged the price of the plan you picked when it ends. If your trial is over, or your company already pays for 29Safety, you get $199 of account credit (30 days of the Crew plan), which comes off your next bills. On a bigger plan that is $199 off, not a free month of that plan. The full rules are in the Terms of Service, section 3.1d.

What if my GC asks for a program that isn't in the library?

We write it as a custom program ($349).

Can I get one more program?

Yes, $150 each. Order it in 29Safety under Book time with the safety team.

My company has more than 10 workers. How does the included year work?

The year is $1,990 of account credit, a year of the Crew plan (up to 10 workers). With yearly billing, a bigger plan costs only the difference for that year: Team $2,000, Company $5,000, Large $11,000.

Do you guarantee it passes my GC's review?

No. Each GC and each prequal platform reviews differently, and no one can promise a passing grade. We write to the OSHA rule and to the list your GC sends.

What if you can't deliver?
