    One trial per company. If the email address used to sign up already had a free trial, there is no trial: the plan starts, and is charged, the day you sign up.

    A question is one message to Harli. A build is one time she writes or translates a document for you (a JHA, toolbox talk, pre-task plan, written program, SOP or Spanish copy) or reads a contract for your site plan. Anything you fill out yourself doesn't count. Both reset on the 1st of the month. Prices in US dollars. Payments by Stripe.

    Does 29Safety guarantee we meet OSHA's rules?
    No, and no software can. 29Safety gives you programs and records built from OSHA's requirements, with the rule cited on every item so you can check it. Your competent person still reviews them and runs the program.
    Which states do you cover?
    All of them. Federal OSHA covers private employers in most states. 22 State Plans (21 states and Puerto Rico) cover private employers with their own rules, and 7 more cover only state and local government workers. Your home state is set from your billing address when you sign up, and Harli answers with that state's rules where they differ from federal OSHA. Working in a second state is a $19-a-month add-on.
    Is everything really in Spanish?
    Talks, JHAs, inspections and every sign-in screen come in Spanish, and each person picks their own language. Written programs turn into their own Spanish version with one button, and Harli answers in the language you write in.
    Can I change a JHA after the crew signs it?
    Yes. Open it and start the next revision; it keeps your name and the time, and the signed version stays on file. Anyone who joins the crew later goes over it on their phone and signs in.
    Do my workers need an app or a login?
    No. They sign from a link or a QR code on their phone. People on your crew list confirm it's them with a PIN from their foreman.
    Who owns my data?
    You do. Each section downloads to a spreadsheet, and if you ever leave, you get a copy of all your records.
