This is what 29Safety prints after a talk, filled out for a made-up trench crew. Scroll and the page follows along. Switch to Spanish any time.

A photo from your own job

Attach a photo when you write your own talk and it prints at the top. Talks from the 29Safety library come with a drawing instead.

The talk, short enough to give standing up

What you covered, three points to remember, and the OSHA rule it comes from. A new one every week, in English and Spanish.

Everyone signs, with the time

Each person signs on their phone or on paper, and the record keeps their name, their job and the time. Anyone asking who was there gets a straight answer.

What the crew asked and what they saw

Questions and hazards the crew brings up get written down. Here, a spoil pile 18 inches from the edge got moved back before anyone went in.

Anything left open gets an owner

What needs doing, who's doing it, and by when.

Whoever gave it signs it

The talk leader's signature, title and time, with a line for whoever reviews it.

The paper points back to the record

Scan the code and it opens the record in 29Safety (sign-in required), so the copy on the clipboard and the one on file match.
