Your written programs, training records, 300A summaries and insurance documents bundled into one PDF, in the order a prequal questionnaire asks for them. One click, current every time.

What's in your prequal packet

A GC's prequal form, ISNetworld and Avetta ask for the same records in different boxes. No OSHA rule requires the packet itself, but the records inside it come from the rules. These are the parts, and what 29Safety gives you for each.

Written programs, cited to the paragraph

Your Safety & Health Program, fall protection, silica, heat illness, HazCom and the others your work calls for, filled in with your company and cited to the paragraph the reviewer checks. Construction employers have to start and keep up the programs needed to meet Part 1926.

1926.20(b)(1)

A register of your programs

Every written program on file, with its approval and review dates, so the reviewer can see nothing is stale.

Training records

Who was trained in what and when, from the training tracker: OSHA 10/30, forklift, CPR, competent person and the rest. Alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days keep cards from running out.

1926.21(b)(2), 1926.503(b)

Three years of OSHA 300A summaries

Each year's 300A, built from your incident reports and signed by a company executive. The packet holds the three calendar years most questionnaires ask for.

1904.32

TRIR and DART, with the math shown

Every rate is printed with its formula and the counts behind it, the way OSHA's forms package figures it, so the reviewer can check it any way a form asks.

OSHA recordkeeping forms package

Insurance documents and EMR letters

Your insurance certificate and your carrier's EMR letters, in the same PDF. Those come from your agent or carrier, not from OSHA.

Names off the logs

The 301 incident reports stay with you, and employee names come off the 300 logs, because OSHA requires names and other identifying details removed before you share the forms with a GC or an owner.

1904.29(b)(10)

In questionnaire order, current every time

One PDF, in the order a prequal questionnaire asks for things, built from the records you already keep in 29Safety. Printed in English or Spanish.

Three pages from the construction sample pack: a job hazard analysis, a toolbox talk record and a trench inspection

See exactly what you'd get

Five finished documents for a made-up jobsite crew, straight out of 29Safety: a job hazard analysis for a storm drain trench, a toolbox talk record the crew signed on their phones, a daily trench inspection, a competent person designation, and the prequalification packet a GC asks for. 21 pages, no watermark.

It opens right away too. We send the pack, one note two days later, and nothing else. Privacy.

Or look through 11 finished documents first, no email needed

Questions

Anything else: safetyteam@29safety.com, or book a free 15-minute call.

Does 29Safety upload to ISNetworld or Avetta for me?
No. 29Safety builds the packet and the programs inside it, and you upload them to the platform or send them to the GC. 29Safety is not affiliated with ISNetworld, Avetta or any other prequal platform.
Which written programs go in?
The ones your questionnaire and your work call for. The platforms don't publish one fixed list; the owner's requirements and your answers build it.
We had 10 or fewer employees. Do we need 300A numbers?
OSHA doesn't require you to keep the log if you had 10 or fewer employees at all times last year (1904.1), but GCs and the platforms usually want three years of numbers anyway. Keep the log in 29Safety and the numbers are there when they ask. A work-related death, in-patient hospitalization, amputation or loss of an eye still gets reported to OSHA at any size (1904.39).
Does 29Safety guarantee we pass prequal?
No, and be careful of any software that says it does. Each GC and each platform reviews differently, and what passes is the hiring client's decision. 29Safety builds the packet from your records, with the rule cited on every program so you can check it.
How long does it take?
Your first written program is ready about 10 minutes after you sign up. The packet builds from what's in your account.
